A/Prof Victoria Eley

• Associate Professor Victoria Eley is a specialist anaesthetist at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (Australia) and Co-Chair of the ANZCA Obstetric Anaesthesia Special Interest Group.
• She provides clinical services in adult and obstetric anaesthesia and has a research interest in the clinical care of obese patients.
• From 2021 she will be undertaking a Metro North Clinician Research Fellowship, exploring the effect of prophylactic cefazolin on the neonate.
• A/Prof Eley mentors and supervises trainees and colleagues in quality assurance and implementation, research projects and higher research degrees.
