Complications in airway management can result in devastating outcomes. How can we improve safety, prevent complications, and be prepared to manage difficulties when they arise? How, in a crisis, can we ensure that human and technical resources are best utilised? Airway Matters explores answers to these questions.
We are pleased to announce that this facilitated run will also include one week of content entirely dedicated to pre-hospital airway management, created by Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS).

Airway Matters is for is for all members of the multidisciplinary team who provide airway support to patients or care for patients with a compromised airway, including:

FREE AND FLEXIBLE Airway Matters is FREE. It runs over 6 weeks with a flexible 4 hours of learning per week and is hosted by the UK’s largest free online course provider, FutureLearn. You are welcome to complete the entire course or just focus on the areas most relevant to your area of practice at this time.
