Dr Rob Burrell
Despite 25 years of anaesthesia experience, Rob struggles to come to terms with the waste we create, the pollution our work entails, and the conflict between care of the patient and care of the environment.
Largely unpublished, (not being much of a researcher), Rob is the current chair of the New Zealand Society of Anaesthetists Sustainability Group.
Having never set foot in Ireland, he risks zero local relevance, so he will speak only of exploits Down Under.
