CAI Medical Student Essay Competition 2023
We are pleased to announce that this year’s winner of the CAI Medical Essay Competition is Benjamin Wong (Royal College of Surgeons, Year 2).
The runners-up are Andrew Boland (UCD, Resident) and James Volz (Cork University, GEM 3).

The standard of submissions this year was extremely high and incredibly there were over 36 excellent essay submissions. We thank all candidates for their interest in Anaesthesiology and we wish them all the best for their future careers.
