The Royal Academy of Medicine in Ireland (RAMI) is inviting submissions for the 2025 Research Awards, which recognise excellence in Irish medical research.

The awards are open to those involved in Irish medical research who have published an original research paper in an indexed journal between 1 January and 31 December 2025.

As Anaesthesiology is one of the award categories, the College encourages eligible members and researchers to submit an abstract for consideration.

Submission deadline: 14 August 2026 (close of business)

The awards ceremony will be held in October 2026, with attendance by invitation only.
