Global Health Education Ireland Conference 2026

Global Health Education Ireland Conference 2026 is scheduled for Weds Oct 28th as an online streamed conference, of interest to the Global Health Community in Ireland and international collaborators.

The Conference is run by the Global Health Committee of the Forum of Postgraduate Medical Training Bodies of Ireland, and this year is hosted by the Irish College of GPs.

Moderated abstracts will be included for e publication in the Conference Proceedings, and abstracts are sought from any individuals/groups actively engaged in Global Health activities, particularly those including an educational or research component.

Further, Moderators will select 5 abstracts for Oral Presentation at the Conference.

Abstracts may relate to Project Proposals, Work in Progress, Preliminary Results, Completed Studies.

Moderation will reflect a creative approach to content and format, and abstracts will be welcomed from a wide range of backgrounds, ranging from individual, reflective content, to standard project reports.

Moderators will evaluate abstracts under the headings of Educational Value, Methodology, relevance to current global health (education) literature, Results Impact and pragmatic and appropriate use of Artificial Intelligence.
