3rd ISRA Cadaveric Regional Anaesthesia course, UCD, Dublin
This is now our most popular course as it is accredited for the European exams and we get in a high-profile faculty. We have developed a good relationship with the UCD anatomy lab and this will be our 3rd year running it there, so it will likely embed there in coming years. The timing is important as we need access to the cadavers before term starts and they need to have at least 4 cadavers confirmed to be available by then. As such, end July...

ESRA-DRA preparation course, CAI, Dublin
Our exam prep course has always been held in August to be timed a few weeks before the ESRA congress where the exams are held. We have always held this course at the CAI facilities and would envisage that to continue to be the case. I'm not sure who is leading it this year and therefore whether the date has been booked, so if not, please let me know if this is acceptable for you. European Society of Regional Anaesthesia Congress
This is an important date in our calendar that we organise courses around. It's always run Wed-Sat the second week of September. Joint ISRA-NIRAS Update Day: Ballymanscanlon, Dundalk
The update day has classically been our main CPD event for established RA practitioners. We've branched out in recent years, aiming to host it outside of Dublin to encourage more varied attendance and this is the second year we're hosting it jointly with NIRAS, the Northern Irish equivalent of our society. This is less fixed and has moved between dates in March, April, June & October in recent years.
