Please see attached the recently published report entitled “Providing Quality, Safe and Comprehensive Anaesthesia Services in Ireland—a review of Manpower Challenges”.

This report was compiled following a detailed consultation period and in conjunction with the National Clinical Programme in Anaesthesia, Joint Faculty of Intensive Care Medicine and the Faculty of Pain.

The official launch of the document last week had representatives from DOH, HSE HSE- MET, IMC and the Forum of Postgraduate Training Bodies.
