Delaney Medal Competition Call for Abstracts We are now accepting abstract submissions for the Delaney Medal Competition 2023. You are required to submit two abstract forms for the competition, the nom de plume form and the standard abstract form. Please see the Regulations below please ensure you read them before submitting your abstracts. Presentations will be held during the Annual Congress 2023, on Thursday 18th May. Supports for Ukrainian healthcare workers and programme refugees in Ireland
The HSE is committed to supporting Ukrainian health professionals to gain employment in healthcare in Ireland, and has a portal open where they can register their interest in working in the Irish public health service. Recognising the need to have a minimum IELTS or OETS score, as proof of English language proficiency in order to register with the relevant professional regulator, which is a requirement for a health professional to practice in the Irish public health service; the Department of Health is funding clinical English language training to support Ukrainian health

The College of Anaesthesiologists of Ireland and the Faculty of Pain Medicine will host the Congress of Anaesthesiology on Thursday 18 & Friday 19 of May 2023. The Congress will be in-person at UCD. Immunisation Guidelines for Ireland.
RCPI has launched a new website www.rcpi.ie, which includes an updated section for NIAC. It will now host the Immunisation Guidelines for Ireland which will move from their current home on the HSE website (which will now shortly contain a link redirecting traffic to the RCPI website). This update brings NIAC documentation together in one location, allowing easier navigation through all publications.
