The College of Anaesthesiologists of Ireland is delighted to invite you to register for the CAT Consultant Workshop, which will take place in the College, Merrion Square on Thursday the 19th of March 2026!
This workshop focuses on preparation for consultant applications and interviews and is aimed at trainees getting ready for life after the SAT Programme. It will be co-hosted by the College and ‘Inspire Change’, an agency which focuses on developing healthcare leaders.
This full-day event is designed specifically for senior trainees and will provide valuable insights and experience to help you prepare for the consultant application and interview process. The workshop will feature group activities, mock interviews, and constructive feedback on your CV. These interactive sessions will provide you with the opportunity to build your skills and confidence. More details to follow in the new year
CAT Careers Evening 2026
On the same day, we will be hosting the CAT Careers Event on the evening of Thursday the 19th of March 2026!
This event is designed to provide some clarity around the consultant interview and application process as well as hearing from recently appointed Consultants. More Details to follow in the New year!
