CAI 7th Annual Medical Student Essay Competition 2020
The College of Anaesthesiologists of Ireland invite medical students to submit an essay on the topic of “Anaesthesia Safety – What do our Patients expect?”.
The winner will be awarded a €500 prize and must be available to give a short presentation about their essay at the National Patient Safety Meeting in November 2020.
2nd Place: €250 plus invitation to National Patient Safety Conference 2020
3rd place: €100 plus invitation to National Patient Safety Conference 2020
The competition is open to all students in their clinical years.
The essay is limited to 1000 words and must include 5 references.
Applications must include completed application form and essay. Please email your submission with attached documents to lzelenska@coa.ie by Friday 25th September 2020.
