The National Clinical Programme for Anaesthesia (NCPA)

The National Clinical Programme for Anaesthesia (NCPA) team consists of Dr Michael Dockery as Clinical Lead, Una Quill as Programme Manager and Aileen O’Brien as Anaesthesia Nurse Lead.  The NCPA office is located in the mews at the CAI, Merrion Square, Dublin.

The role and function of the NCPA reflects the ethos of the overall National Clinical Programmes and Integrated Care Programmes initiatives. NCPA aims to deliver better care through better use of resources. In doing so it aims to improve patient safety, quality of care, access to services and to deliver support to consultants.
